PDF
Print (300 dpi)
Excellent for print. We recommend using the PDF whenever you are able to. It has the most options, the highest quality, and the most flexibility when printing. Bleed & Trim Marks can be selected, as well as a 'save paper' option which sets the design up multiple per A4 or Letter page.

JPG
Web (96 dpi) or Print (300 dpi)
Good for print or sharing on the web. JPG is useful if a print store does not accept PDF's. This may be the case for standard print-copy shops or photo booths.

PNG
Web (96 dpi) or Print (300 dpi)
Good for sharing on the web. PNG is useful when you need a file with a transparent background.

Fonts
The fonts shown in the preview images will appear on your template. No installation or downloading of any fonts or graphics is necessary, and you don't need to have them installed on your computer. We have a range of other fonts for you to choose from inside the template too, you'll have access to our full font library upon purchase.

Wording
Our wording is a guide and can be adjusted to suit your event. Simply type your wording in, add or remove text boxes and adjust text formatting as needed.

Colour
Adjust the colour of both the text and background.

Elements
Upload your own photos and graphics onto the template. Perfect if you want to include an engagement photo or elements like a map. Rotate and move them around on the page.

Pages
Add a reverse side on invitations and save the dates. Personalised items like menus with guest names or place cards have multiple pages included in one template, which makes downloading a breeze.

These functions can't be edited:
The orientation and size of the template itself, and featured graphics or illustrations can't be edited on the template.

The beauty of the digital file is the convenience and control you have over the design and printing process.

Printing is optional! You can send invitations and save the dates via email or text, social media, or upload it to a website delivery service such as Paperless Post.

Upload your file to an online printer or put your file on a usb and take it to your local print shop. If your home printer is up for the job, many of our designs are home-printer friendly. We suggest doing a Google search to see what's in your local area or see our recommendations below.

Colours
Adjust the colours to suit your unique wedding theme. You can change the colour of both the text and background using the colour palette on the tool bar editor. It also allows you to paste a specific hex code if you have a specific shade to match.

White Ink, Foil, Specialty Inks
You can print your design in white ink, foil or specialty inks. Check with your printer directly on their requirements, but generally they will require a PDF with bleed and trim marks. All text that will be printed in white ink or foil should be set to black.

Paper Stock
Print onto any paper stock of your preference and adjust the text colour to suit. The paper choice can really make a design pop! We are partial to linen textured card stock, cotton, or a classic matt. Ask your printer what stock options they have.

Arch & Shapes
You can use your digital file to print in the popular arch shape or beyond. The shape is cut during the actual printing process and your design doesn't need any special file requirements. Keep in mind die-cutting is a specialty service and you will need to source a printer who offers this, as well as check any file or size requirements they have. Generally, they will require a standard PDF file. You just need to make sure you adjust any text on the design to accommodate the arch cutting.

Framing, Mounting, Hanging...
Our large and small printable signs can be displayed any way you fancy. Print on PVC board or similar to mount on an easel or hang off the steel stand you've hired! Display in a frame. You could also print on mediums such as acrylic or canvas.
