Take a deep breathe. We know there is uncertainty in the air right now about how this COVID-19 situation will impact our daily lives as well as planning the big day. This situation is definitely unusual but be rest assured we're not going anywhere. We'll be riding this storm together.

Our shop runs completely online (and always has). You can shop online with confidence knowing that our process is completely contact-less.

Edit right in your web browser and print or send digitally yourself. You can log in/out and edit the design as you need to. There are no restrictions on when you can use the files. Download in 6, 12 or 18 months if you need to! If you're sitting at home, you might as well put this spare time to good use.

We're processing our custom designs as normal. Everything is sent via email for you to check or download your design.

We use a professional printing house who are still operating. They're practicing extreme social distancing and hygiene practices in line with Government regulations. As long as they're operating, we're operating for printed goods. For now, this does mean there is less staff working in their warehouse at one time. We kindly ask to allow an extra few days for despatch at this time. You can be rest assured your items will be given the same love and care they deserve. While we remain hopeful, there may be a time when our printer has to stop operations for a period of time due to further restrictions. Unfortunately, this is unknown to all of us. In the event this does happen and your order will be affected, we'll be in touch with you directly. We'll still be here at processing drafts as normal.

Australia Post announced they will continue to operate throughout Australia as normal during this crisis. Our orders are already sent via express post, with 1-2 business day delivery and this will continue as normal so we can get them to you as soon as possible.

If you'd like to work on the design but want to pause the printing process for now, we're more than happy to keep any printed orders on hold with us while we work on the design itself. 

We're aware of the number of couples who have had no choice but to postpone. We really feel for you. Your big day will come around and it will be worth the wait so you can squeeze your nearest and dearest in celebration. The corona virus has impacted a lot of industries, weddings and events being one of them. Postponing (and not cancelling) means you're helping to keep your vendors in business. We encourage you to reach out to your vendors and work together to find solutions that will work for everyone. None of us knew this was going to happen. Stats are currently showing that the end of 2020 and 2021 is going to be a busy time for weddings: the ones that were already set, as well as those who have moved theirs due to forced postponement. This will mean more competition for your date, venue, vendors, guest availability etc. Don't leave your save the dates or invitations too late, you still need to allow enough time to send them out and give your guests plenty of notice.
